Yes! Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to you. Use it to track your package on the courier’s website.

Unfortunately, we currently do not ship to certain regions due to logistical constraints. International orders may also be subject to customs duties, which are the customer’s responsibility.

We’ll notify you via email or phone if delays occur. However, we are not responsible for delays caused by weather, carrier issues, or customs clearance.

Yes, refunds for canceled orders will be processed within 5-7 business days after approval. Refunds will be made to the original payment method.

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement. To cancel, contact us via email or our helpline with your order number and a valid reason. Note: Customized items cannot be canceled.

Inspect your order upon arrival. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at info@maximeandmargaux.com. Include pictures of the damage for faster resolution.

If your return is accepted, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions. After inspecting the item, we’ll notify you about the refund status.

Once approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank may take additional time to post the refund.

Report missing items within 24 hours of delivery. A replacement or refund will be issued after verification.
